Hotel tidak di selenggara dengan baik.. ada nyamuk dalam bilik air.. kalau dah tak ada pilihan lain boleh lah tinggal di hotel ini.. layanan penyambut tetamunya kurang memuaskan.. di harap pihak hotel menaiktaraf bilik2 dan mengambil pekerja yg mesra pelanggan....

Dah booking untuk 21-23hb Jun. Bila dah sampai depan hotel, pintu berkunci. Try contact no Hotel pun xdapat. Banyak kali try call sampai nak malam..kalau memang tutup dan xbuka untuk booking, call la bgtau awal2. Ni x. Dah nak malam, menyusahkan orang pulak nak cari hotel lain.nak refund pun x boleh. Hmm please improve better next time. Orang datang jauh2 dari negeri lain nak rehat.. tiba2 jd mcm ni

Satu-satunya hotel di Malaysia yang tak benarkan check-in awal walaupun terima request daripada customer dan walaupun bilik dah ready. Jakun giler rule hotel ni. Nampak sangat tak buat research dan layanan memang teruk. Worst hotel ever.

Deluxe double room untuk 2 malam... Murah, selesa, bersih & friendly... cuma tv ja tak dapat channel & water filter tak berfungsi... yg lain2 👍👍

Hotel bajet.Hotel ni jauh sikit dari pekan Jerteh. Naik grab atau teksi jika nak ke sini dari stesen bas Jerteh.Bilik biasa sahaja, cuma siaran tv tak boleh pilih. Dia link semua bilik..jadi jika guest lain tukar siaran..semua bilik pun akan bertukar siaran.Untuk sarapan pagi, hotel ni tak sediakan. Jadi kena turun ke bawah dan beli di gerai.Untuk makan malam, seberang jalan ada kedai makan.Transport, boleh naik grab.

. Kedai ada dibawah. Banyak semut, plug hanya 1, bilik air nampak dari luar, siaran tv tiada.

Sesuai untuk rileks sekejap sebelum teruskan perjalanan....bilik ok la sesuai dengan harga

Sangat selesa. Dulu saya tinggal di sini tetapi ketika itu permaidani berbau. Tetapi sekarang mereka bertambah baik dengan jubin. Tidak ada permaidani lagi dan hotel berbau harum. Kakitangan juga ramah. Sangat selesa dan sesuai dengan bajet.

Boleh dijadikan tempat tidur satu malam. Urusan mudah dan pergi

All the service and staff are good. But when come to hotel condition is terrible. i booked for two rooms. 1 of the room the light bulb is not functioning| we need to click on the starter to turn it on. But the staff manage to change it. When go to toilet| the toilet bowl is not attached properly to the floor. When u sit on it| it moving| if people not notice it can be so dangeres. The other room| the sink is not attached to the wall properly and it falls to the floor. Luckily there is nothing happen to my parent. Hope hotel management can take care of it. The rest is satisfactory.

Light didnt work in the room and there was building work happening making very noisy. Walls are very thin, we could hear the people in the bathroom next door. TV in the room, but does not work. No water coming from the tap in the sink, though we did have water coming from the tap below the shower which was fine to use. Staff were friendly. Local food places nearby and KFC about 20mon walk away next to the beautiful mosque.

. location near to town. 1) TV has basically a few local channel only without any sports, movie channel, and the screen is too small like 23" monitor. n2) Aircon has not been serviced. I requested change room but deny they said it is only room available for the rate i booked. i took out the aircon filter with thick dust and clean them myself in order to get cold air. n3) No water at the basin. n4) Internet availability is intermittent, and there is no internet after 12am!! Who turn it off?! n5) Common area is poorly maintain with broken sofa and smelly (no air condition)n6) only 1 cctv camera pointing a few car park slot, insecure parking at place without cctv camera.

Uncomfortable . the stinking room smells of strong smoke. from the beginning| drowned in the room with the smell of cigarettes| with little to no more. even the sheets are not clean| there are yellow spots. no more than 10 minutes| keep checking out. stress gets a rotten room like that

. 1) Air con leak during heavy rain on n12 -08-2019 @3-4 am. The leaking air con splash on my face at room 8. Cannot sleep in peace.n2) The entrance to the room is too narrow.n3) The facilities located all outside the room, at the reception.n??n

Worst hotel i had stay for this trip..carpet smelly..me n my kids didnt comfortable at all..no kettle inside....very dissapointed...its my first time tried oyo hotel..environment- makes me worry all the time..my kids not happy at all..will not come again.. location - near eateries, recommended for traveller with transport
