Harga yg murah dan keadaan bilik yg memuaskan. Sangat berpuas hati.

Lokasinya bising dgn budak2 moto dan kedai internet n food truk bising dgn budak2 Cina Dan melayu lepak disitu

Ok..suasananya menyenangkan walaupun di luar sana macam meriah.

My sister and my mum (elderly) is the 1 to check in 1st. when she checked in| she requested to change the room due to corner room. staff inform us that whole hotel was fully book| no more room can let us change. 1) all the towel| bed sheet| blocked the walk way| my sister still can jump in| but cant expect elderly to jump rite? then request stuff to remove the all the stuff| make the walk way clear. (Next day still same issue| i jz take photo and remove myself) 2) Toilet very dirty if can rate| i will gv 0 star. toilet was easy to get accident place. so must be very be careful and clean. my sister is the 1 to clean the toilet i cant understand | why whole toilet so oily. yes| is super oily. we used up all shampoo and body wash their provided. 3) staff not friendly. we go counter requested 1 pillow we mention 3 time our room number. aft few hours| we going down| staff informed dun know our room number so they waiting us to come down. words limited. cant finish it.

1st night - couldnt sleep because of loud noise from nearby karaoke. Can hear the voice clearly, lasted till 5-6am! 2nd night - couldnt sleep because of loud noise from 4-5 aircond compressors located next to the rooms window. The wall is extremely thin, can hear front desk phone ringing, people talking & walking. Given 2 star for the friendly and helpful reception staffs - Cik Su, Ika & Feha.

Nama saya MUNSHI. Saya telah berada di sana 3 malam dari 27 Jan hingga 31 Jan 2020.Sebilangan besar kakitangan tidak ramah, tidak profesional kadang-kadang begitu kasar. Hanya kakitangan wanita yang membuat pemeriksaan pada 31 Jan jam 2 petang yang kelihatan baik dan profesional.Salah seorang kakitangan wanita yang bekerja pada 28 Jan 2020 pada waktu malam sangat kasar kepada saya. Ketika saya memintanya untuk memberitahu mana-mana kedai untuk membeli penyesuai 3 pin untuk pengecas mudah alih, dia sama sekali tidak menolong saya dan sikapnya ialah saya akan pergi ke kedai itu dari kaunter. Itu sangat menyakitkan bagi saya.

In total Ive been staying for 8 nites in 2 occasion. Stayed in single room. Quite spacious compare with other budget hotel nearby. Price also very cheap if you know when is the best time to book. AEON mall only around 10 min walking distance. There are also nearby Malay

Would like to highlight the best thing about this hotel ...... is the very nice and helpful staff| especially Suraya and Teha from front office and Aiman from housekeeping. They went out of their way to assist me even after I have checked out. I really appreciate your sincere help. Thank you very much and keep up the excellent work.

Pemanas air dan paip pancuran tidak dikendalikan sama sekali. Malangnya, mandi hanya menggunakan paip tandas. Perkhidmatan yang buruk dari hotel ini.

If youre looking a room near to UTM| this is the right place. The room is nice| clean and spacious. There is also near to restaurant Lesung Ibu (lunch) and SDS (bakery and cafe - open until night)

Tidak begitu menyenangkan, lipas merangkak di tandas semasa saya mandi ... kemudian sekurang-kurangnya kakitangan meja depan datang & menyingkirkan makhluk yang menjijikkan ketika saya memberitahu mereka ..

Bolehkah anda melihat kafe Lesung IBU di sebelah hotel ini .... kini 12.15 tengah malam tetapi muzik dari sana masih sangat kuat. Tidak boleh tidur. Menyesal kembali tempat ini.

Hotel murah untuk menghabiskan malam pada anggaran. Kawasan di sekeliling anda penuh dengan tempat yang anda boleh makan tetapi hotel tidak menyediakan sebarang makanan. Perkara pagi lebih mesra daripada kakitangan malam.

. Toilet bad smell, room was not clean and dusty, remote Air-con can not plip on.. Toilet without floor drain produce bad smell.

Tempat yang sesuai untuk berehat & tidur jika datang ke Skudai untuk perjalanan perniagaan atau mesyuarat .. wanita resepsionis yang bagus di hadapan 👍🏻 dan bilik bersih

All good but TV is small and blur plus toilet is leaking and watery (bad floor sink hole)

Need to improve on cleanliness for senior citizen not recommended to stay here because difficult to use toilet got small stair
