Terbaik,bersih...cuma 1 saja nak komen ,,,receptionist or staff kena lah mesra pelanggan....anyway hotel ni memang terbaik dan strategi.....will come again for the next vacation.

We have amazing experience everytime we stayed in this hotel. Staff really friendly and helpful with information on buses and directions and made a few phone calls from the front desk for me. Its with strategic location, within walking distance to Suria Sabah, Little Italy. Theres not much foot traffic but enough that you need to remain clothed. Read high rate by review.

Ia adalah 10 ringgit di Grab dari lapangan terbang. Sebuah hotel di pusat bandar. Terdapat kedai serbaneka, dobi, urut, Kentucky, Burger King, dan lain-lain berdekatan.Bilik ini bersih dan mesti dibersihkan setiap hari. Ada masa ketika WiFi lemah. Staf semua baik. Saya mahu tinggal semula.

The room itself is dingy, small, and smelled heavily of cheapfabric softener upon arrival (left the windows open for a few hours and it was ok). BUT the location is terrific, about 5mins walk to the Marlin statue. U can easily get food, walk to all the markets around the area (5-15mins walk). The hotel owners family also run tours so they can help you book popular tours. I was abit umcomfy reading the sign on the room door that stated the hotel wouldnt take any responsibility for anything that disappeared from your room, buy I didnt lose anything and the people in the front desk were super nice.

Talking about location, this hotel is not far from Hyatt Kota Kinabalu. The staff were friendly and accommodating to our check in timings and even helped us hang on to our luggage while we went out shopping. The rate was fantastic for what we received. The location is pretty good as well because you can walk across the street to Gaya street where the Sunday morning market is located.

I love to recommend to those with children to give this hotel a try. The location of this hotel is good as it is pretty centralized to the KK city. Staff recommended a massage at 1Health off the market out the back door of the hotel. Decorations are moderate to make you feel alright.

Hotel bajet adalah sangat bajet. Segala-galanya adalah kekacauan di sini semasa kami menginap. Palam kuasa amat sukar untuk difikirkan. Bilik mandi sangat sukar untuk digunakan. Semuanya hanyalah teka-teki aneh. Tiada instruksi apa pun. Ia hanya begitu tidak masuk akal. Lokasi agak baik namun. Tetapi hanya segalanya sahaja - Saya tidak boleh memberi penekanan lebih lanjut. Ia adalah keadaan huru-hara yang tidak masuk akal. Hampir kesakitan komedi. Saya rasa saya masih mengesyorkannya untuk lokasi dan harga. Tetapi sebenarnya tinggal di sini, bersedia untuk menjadi bingung.

Hotel bagus. Biliknya bagus. Kakitangan yang ramah. Dan apa yang paling saya sukai adalah lokasi. Ia adalah pusat segala-galanya. Mall, restoran, Ahad atau pasar Filipina. 😊Satu bintang kurang adalah kerana pemanas adalah sukar untuk disesuaikan. Terlalu panas atau hanya sejuk.

The rooms were made up promptly and consistently with ample amenities and the front desk helped us out with any concerns we had during our stay. Location was very central and within walking distance to ***y areas. All the staffs were very nice and gave Asian hospitality to us. Thank you so mush and will recommend the hotel to anyone going to KK.

I love to stay at this hotel due to the reasonable price. The room is clean enough for my stay with the price paid. Happened to me on the last night, I knocked on the wall to let him/her know about this but he/she turned the volume on even higher. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful arranging taxis etc. Ideal for a short stay.

Its not like previous review so nice hotel,as I stay there bcz. Staff were always obliging. Shocked me in fact to see such a big room. Unfortunately, the room has thin wall If you have a really insensitive neighbor who watch tv with the sound blaring to the max, sleep is the last thing you can get in the room. The rate is very good value of money.

The area surrounding the hotel is dirty and our daughter was harassed and ogled by the local men who seem to hang around the streets nearby. The service was some of the best weve received in months of traveling. Do not be put off by the dingy exterior and you will find a hidden gem.

I was suprise to find this wonderful hotel dispise of the area its located in. The nearest shopping mall about 10 minutes walk is Wisma Merdeka. Its strategic and located at the heart of the city. Very close to Philipinos market & night market and local shopping malls with lots of local restaurant.

Hotel yang bagus untuk menginap selama malam, berhampiran restoran 24 jam mamak, restoran makanan laut, pasar buah tempatan dan kk plaza. Pasar minggu (Gaya jalan) juga di seberang jalan utama.

Nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang, saya suka lokasi untuk pasaran. Bilik-bilik yang bersih, kakitangan kaunter mungkin lebih cepat.

Tempat yang baik untuk bermalam untuk malam. Ia kelihatan tua, tetapi di dalamnya sangat bersih. Kakitangan juga baik.

Bukan hotel yang sangat dijamin jika anda menjangkakan untuk tidur dengan aman. Tidak banyak bilik dengan penyelenggaraan yang rendah.

Tempat yang baik untuk hanya kemalangan untuk malam. Bukan untuk yang rewel. Bilik-bilik tidak mempunyai tingkap.

Hotel bajet selesa yang bagus !! Ambil bilik keluarga jika anda membawa keluarga anda ke bandar.

Hotel kecil yang bagus tetapi bersih di lokasi utama, dekat dengan mana-mana.

Setiap kali anda pergi ke kk, anda mesti memilih pusat bandar ini.

Ada beberapa bau dan bilik mandi mendapat sedikit masalah / hangat.

Noisy ... Mendengar orang melakukan bunyi yang tidak perlu di sebelah bilik
