Tinggal di sini selama 2 hari. Minta bilik tidak merokok tetapi masuk ke bilik dengan bau rokok. Dan mereka menukar bilik selepas saya mengadu. Selepas itu, beberapa isu lain berlaku. Dan anak kapal membantu menyelesaikannya. Apa yang boleh saya katakan ialah kru benar-benar bekerja keras untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Saya percaya anda boleh menjadikannya lebih baik. Akan melawat lagi selepas tahun baru cina. Semoga mendapat pengalaman yang lebih baik.

I would have been happy to patronise room service dining if LM honored the discount entitlement for BonVoy members (Whats the point of showing bonvoy ads inside elevators if the discounts shown not honored?

Room was good. Sungkai foods were good but however can be improve in term of variety of main meals such as nasi,mee. Sahur meals quite disappointed, should give more choices and refill the food when finished

I have no complaints about my stay here except compliments. My experience here is excellent. But the food is another question. There are lot of room for improvement especially the taste of the food served during iftar and the menu of food served during sahur.

Pros:1. The main lobbys view was beautiful, I really felt the good vibe and pleasant smell upon entering the hotel.2. Easy check-in process, I requested a way to the Club Lounge from a staff at Concierge by the lobby and he accompanied me all the way to the 14th Floor where the Club Lounge is located. It was quite a unique experience as the 14th floor and the Club Lounge do not require an access card. The Front Desk Agent (FDA) greeted me was Jessica and she was very friendly and very helpful. She invited my wife and I to dine in a cocktail hour straight away. My check-in process lasted for a mere 2-3 minutes! She also told me that my room was upgraded too.3. The club lounge was nice as this is my first time enjoying the experience. The highlight is definitely its view facing to the sea and also on the highest floor.3. The rooms view was more the same like the room I stayed last year, so the feeling is the same. Very good lighting, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was good, water pressure very good with shower and average-sized bath tub.4. I requested extra toiletries using the Marriott Bonvoy app and the housekeeping staff brought over the items within minutes! I love this feature as sometimes I dont feel like calling housekeeping using traditional hotel phone.5. Latest Recipe located at the main lobby serves morning breakfast. Food selection was nice, not too much and taste was generally fine. I ordered a cappuccino and it also tastes good. The restaurant Manager (Mr Roger) was very friendly I had a great chat with him, also very attentive to my requests and his servers were extremely helpful throughout our breakfast.6. Finally, check-out process was a breeze. As my stay was actually a point-redemption during check-in, I handed over my room card keys to the in-charge FDA at the Club Lounge Afif and we also had very good chat.Cons: 1. No Breakfast at the Club Lounge as it only opens at 10AM.2. The welcome amenities surprisingly were not there upon entering the room. Different experience compared to a Executive Room I stayed on May 2019 where I found a nice jar of local snacks put on the table. This time no welcome fruit / snacks.Summary:I enjoyed my stay at the hotel although it was only a night stay as my wife and I were celebrating Valentine Day. We had a great time and we might come again for a longer stay soon!

Ini adalah harta yang lebih tua tetapi bilik-bilik mempunyai rasa yang selesa. Pro: pemandangan matahari terbenam yang hebat dari atas bumbung, menampung kakitangan, berdekatan dengan pasar malam / ikan dan aktiviti bandar ikonik yang lain. Con: bau makanan laut seolah-olah menjulur di seluruh dewan seluruh kemudahan.

It was located at a prime location. With walking distance to many of the must-visit places especially the seafood market around the hotel. Grab app (like Uber) was extremely convenient in KK, if the sun makes you feel too hot to walk, just grab to anywhere. Some(if not all) of the rooms were re-decorated to a very modern style, like the one I stayed this time. So if you are reading reviews about the wear-out/old-fashioned about this hotel, you might want to check the date of the review and give it a try. The staff were very helpful, they make you feel very welcomed and warm, gives you a nice mood for the start of the day.

The hotel meets all the expectations of a fuzzy traveller. Great staff which is well trained and super friendly. Fantastic breakfast which couldnt be faulted. The room spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Good working internet and good selection of TV channels. Near the waterfront and at a local market which is great to roam about and take photos.

Excellent staff that are always friendly and helpful. Great rooftop bar and Executivelounge for KK’s breathtaking sunset. Just a min walk to the KK waterfront for great Sunset, dinner and nightlife. Lots of local food and shops around the hotel. Excellent hotel for business and leisure. Great recognition for elite members.

I noticed that no sound can be heard from outside, whether aeroplanes noise, vehicle noise etc. The pillows and the bed was awesome too. So its perfect for me.4. Location at the heart of the city! Easy to go to practically everywhere from here!5. I requested extra toiletries using the Marriott Bonvoy app and the housekeeping staff brought over the items within minutes! Front Desk Ms Diana was Awesome. Anticipated our needs and we were grateful for her considerations and services rendered. Hotel location was excellent and ambiance was excellent and relaxing. Breakfast was above our expectations and rooftop bar has an awesome view of the sea. Room was spacious and clean. The sofa was so comfortable. Good job Le Méridien KK Team!

The service here could be given 6 star rating. Entire staff eager to please and friendly. Room decor is pleasing. Price paid for our stay was a real deal. Location is central in compact KK. We stayed 3 nights, but I would have booked a much longer stay, if I had know quality of hotel.

Saya pernah bekerja di sini jadi saya telah melihat kerja yang diperlukan untuk menjadikan hotel ini salah satu hotel terbaik di sekitar jika bukan yang terbaik. Ruang pemandangan tepi laut adalah keajaiban bagi mereka yang dipanggil pencari kecantikan sementara pemandangan bandar menunjukkan struktur moden di sekitar hotel yang benar-benar memukau mereka yang mencari keindahan bandar. Kolam renang bersih, gimnasium tidak begitu teruk dengan sauna, bilik wap untuk semua dan jacuzi untuk para wanita.

I am travelling with my family, 9 adults and 4 toddlers. The checkin procedure was good, we are put in 1 floor as i book 4 rooms to accommodate all. The room is spacious and comfortable for 3 adults in 1 room or family with 2 toddlers. The location is very strategic to food have food around and shopping. Philippines market and night market is just walking distance. The breakfast buffet has variety of options and the hotel Interior is also nice and feel warm. The late check out package also really convenient for travellers with evening’s flight. Definitely will stay again here.

Stayed at this hotel for eight nights during my long Christmas break and it was overall a pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth, with the Guest Experience Team came out and greeted personally. The room was renovated (thankfully!), new, clean and spacious.The air conditioner had some problem and was very noisy, but glad that they fixed it within a day.Breakfast was good with a mix of Malaysian and Western choices. It was always good to get refreshed before we went out for diving or hiking.Staff at club lounge was extremely helpful and the canapes were great, especially when we needed to handle some work at the lounge.Only area for improvement might be the Spa. Unlike other typical Southeast Asian SPG hotels, the spa is small in this hotel with only one or two therapists at a time. And they were not professional enough compared to others. But still, overall, a very nice hotel to recommend.

Located smack right in front of the coast, stones throw away from the market. Nearby the malls, and the beaches. Good sunset views from the poolside. Interior of the hotel especially the lobby is chic and up to date. Hotel was experiencing renovations during my stay...but no noise was experienced by me. However, two lifts were out of service during the duration of my stay...which led to packed and stuffy lifts at times, as there were many holiday guests travelling in groups. Room cleanliness needs improvement...found rubbish lying behind the side tables by the beds. Other than that, hotel staff were friendly and genuine, and anticipated our needs. Would definitely return to this property in the future.

Great hotel and fantastic location in KK city. Lost count of how many times i stayed here. Always be my preferred hotel to check-in when in kota kinabalu. Rizan, Reazie and their staff always make me feel welcome whenever i check in. Room was so comfortable and the upgraded room is awesome (thank you Rizan for this). Always felt appreciated as Marriott Bonvoy member. Their rooftop bar is a superb place to chill with the awesome sunset view and the manager Rodney is very attentive and friendly as well, 5 star service from him and his staff. Foods and services in Favola was superb as well. Had my dinner there and it was satisfying. Thank you Le meridien KK.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. This was my second time here. The lobby was nice and modern and the rooms were nicely furnished and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only dislike was that the common area/corridors to the rooms seem to have a certain smell (fishy? - not sure how to describe) which I did not like. I also did not receive any upgrades despite being a gold member but that was not the main issue.

The hotel is a little bit old with construction in progress around the property. The location is nice and the staff is friendly. Housekeeping service could be better as some amenities had not been replaced after turndown service. The gym opens 24/7, but the pool and showering room only open until 10pm which is not convenient for guests working out at night. Front desk, concierge and travel service desk are professional. Overall my stay was pleasant.

My daughter and I have just returned from a week at this hotel. We loved everything about it. Nfrom the moment we arrived we were greeted and welcomed. Gorgeous view from our hotel room. Beds so comfy and slept so well as no noise. The choice of food was wonderful especially the fantastic breakfast. All the staff from concierge through to waiters and waitresses got to know us and greeted us every day. We felt really special and nothing was too much trouble. Also had a beautiful pool. We were really sad to leave this lovely place and would definitely return.

I stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my daughters birthday. I requested for a small birthday card for my daughter but the staffs went beyond that by arranging a card, a cake and special decorations in the room which include balloons, much to the joy of the birthday girl! The rooms were huge and well-kept, and the view during sunset was amazing. We went to the club lounge for afternoon tea and evening canape. The food could do with much more varieties but the staffs were really courteous and attentive. The seaview is again breathtaking, but we retreated to our rooms for a much more private sunset viewing. I used the sauna room and had a dip in the jacuzzi, was the only one using the facilities, all were good.For breakfast we went down to the main restaurant, the Circle and the selection was huge with high quality food. I enjoyed the buttery almond croissant, just like i did during my previous stay. The checkout was swift and the van we requested arrived on time. Overall it was an excellent stay and we all enjoyed it so much, thank you. My special thanks go to Mr Rizan Ajmin, who has been a star right before our arrival until departure.

I should say that the staff will always make you feel very welcome and I believe it makes the hotel become one of the best place to stay in KK. The moment when I gave my booking number, the receptionist said ‘Oh we are actually expecting your arrival, sir’ and the check in process took less than 5 minutes. I was upgraded to sea view room. The only thing that I would like to suggest is to repaint the building.

Have been staying at the Le Meridien for the past 5 years. Its always a very pleasurable stay. It truly feels like a home away from home. The renovations are finally almost ending and outcome has been very nice. Only gripe, perhaps a few more few more phones in the room/suites. The staff are second to none. Its always a pleasure interacting with them and truly go out of their way for each and every customer. The Club Lounge views are unbeatable with good food and drinks. Always a pleasure to return to the hotel and I highly recommend it to all.

Booked a suite sometime ago knowing it would been the ending of Ramadan. Arriving at the hotel late afternoon we were a little confused as to where reception was as the area had been set up with tables for dinner.. Check in through the Exec Lounge was a breeze and the staff very helpful and attentive, Suite on 11th floor had clearly been refurbished to q good standard. Odd though that there was a dining table but no chairs were offered so not sure where we would have sat if we had in room food. Notmallynin hotel rooms there are plenty of well placed waste bins, not this one only one in the bathroom. Bedroom very spacious not much wardrobe space though only half of hanging space with no cupboards or shelves. Bathroom well fitted with bath and separate shower. Two sinks which were overly sized with no where to have toiletries around sink handy. No where to hang towels either. Pool area is functional with comfy sun loungers. Pool Bar spacious and food well presented and tasty. We were a little disappointed that having booked a suite we would use lounge access for breakfast so we dont have to fight the hoards of others but for some reason breakfast wasnt being served in the lounge. Cocktail hour in the lounge was lovely overlooking the ocean watching the sun set, but a bit of variety with snacks and food on offer during these hours would have been welcome. We did however have a fantastic meal in the Favola Restaurant. The steaks were delicious and the staff and service second to none. Overall we will stay again as its very central to shops and bars .

Fasad yang baru diubahsuai menjadikan hotel ini kelihatan berkelas dan mewah, dan ia terletak di lokasi tepi pantai utama dengan pemandangan yang hebat. Bilik-bilik selesa, bersih dan luas. Kakitangan juga ramah, walaupun perkhidmatan meja untuk kafe Latitud dapat ditingkatkan (menunggu selama 5 minit dan tiada perkhidmatan). Biasanya dibungkus semasa musim cuti, jadi cara menempah di tingkat maju dan bilik boleh agak tinggi. WiFi boleh didapati di hotel tetapi sangat lambat dan terputus-putus (tidak boleh menghantar teks), tetapi mungkin disebabkan oleh penghunian penuh. Sama berlaku untuk tekanan air rendah. Selain itu, hotel hebat di lokasi yang hebat, tetapi pada harga.

Sedikit lari ke tempat-tempat, tetapi cukup berfungsi dan kakitangannya membantu. Aircon di bilik sungguh sejuk - setiap kali anda masuk ia ditetapkan untuk Arktik. Pada akhirnya kami mematikannya dan membuka tetingkap. Sarapan bufet cukup biasa dan saya menyifatkannya sebagai peluang 50:50 di mana saya mendapat keracunan makanan. Terlalu ramai orang, tidak cukup kakitangan membersihkan meja dan kekurangan kebersihan umum yang dikekalkan. Jika tidak hotel yang layak pada harga yang berpatutan - akan tinggal lagi.

For a 5-Star hotel, to ask guests to pay for WIFI at such modern era, is a little cheap or low. Whats worst? The WIFI speed is super duper slow, that even the SPG website cant be load, needless to say my corporate emails or downloading work related files.Other than that, personally I would still recommend the hotel to my friends, as I love the breakfast, it was kept nice and warm, very remarkable. I love the swimming pool and gym, the gym was 24 hours. The room was great and I was given a free upgrade, love it. But the house keeping was quite inconsistent, certain times they gave me 2 bottle waters, sometimes 3. The service staff were superb too, very helpful and informative. But even though I did purposely highlight and reminded the staff upon checking in, that my bookings includes 2 breakfast which is on my first morning and third, but when I went to have my breakfast, they still come and tell me saying that I do not have a breakfast booked and inform that my breakfast bill would be charged to my room, payable upon checking out. Quite offended there. And I asked for an iced coffee from a waiter but it didnt came, I had to asked another waitress to deliver it, 10 minutes later.

The Hotel is currently being refurbished. I stayed in a Vista room for 3 nights, which had already been refurbished. Room was nice and fresh with great ocean views. Unfortunately there was no hot water in my first room and I was moved to another room. In the second room, the light above the bed kept flicking on and off - as if on a sensor (which it isnt). I advised concierge and the front desk (at different times) but it was never fixed. Also, the shower door did not seal properly so the bathroom floor was always wet. On the second night I ordered room service, which took around 1.5 hours to arrive - surprising considering I ordered bircher muesli. The room service waiter advised me he had forgotten about my order, hence why it took so long to deliver. Lastly, a credit card authority of 300 MYR was taken upon check in for incidentals, I paid my hotel bill in cash. Unfortunately there has been no reversal of the credit card authority (3 days later), and I now need to contact the hotel to sort this out.Overall, I felt the customer service and the lack of attention to detail let this hotel down. For a 5 star hotel, I expect better.

Ini adalah hotel yang sangat bagus dengan kakitangan yang sangat ramah. Restoran mempunyai makanan yang enak dengan harga yang sangat berpatutan. Bilik-bilik dengan pemandangan laut mempunyai pemandangan matahari terbenam terbaik yang boleh anda minta!Pasar Malam terletak tepat di seberang jalan, dan mempunyai banyak barang yang dapat anda fikirkan untuk beli.Negatif terbesar adalah bahawa bau di air dan melalui pasar cukup mengerikan. Tetapi itu bukan kesalahan hotel.Tempat yang bagus secara keseluruhan!Gambarnya adalah matahari terbenam dari tingkap saya, dan seperti yang anda lihat, sangat mengagumkan!

The lobby was amazing after some renovation but unfortunately for other parts of the hotel such as the lift, hallway and rooms need some doing. Dont be disappointed when they look a little old. On the bright side, gorgeous view from the pool especially at dawn and the gym is completely equipped with the basics. Variety of choices for breakfast but not every dish taste as good. The bed is still comfy as they promised but not the bathtub. Reminder, the car park is not complimentary for guest there. Anyhow, it was a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Kota Kinabalu for me.

Saya tidak tinggal di sana tetapi mempunyai fungsi besar di akhir tarian akhir November 2019. Saya meletak kereta saya di hotel. Sebelum berangkat malam, saya mempunyai tiket letak kereta yang diluluskan di kaunter hadapan dan dibayar semasa pergi. Bagaimanapun, kerana hampir tengah malam dan saya sangat letih, saya lupa untuk meminta resit untuk tiket letak kereta. Oleh itu, pada keesokan harinya, saya menghantar teks kepada kakitangan pemasaran yang bertanggungjawab ke atas fungsi kami dan dia menjawab meminta alamat e-mel saya untuk meminta penerimaan daripada dept kewangan dan kemudian akan menghantar kepada saya.Minggu berikutnya, saya menghantar teks peringatan kepada kakitangan pemasaran dan kemudiannya dimaklumkan bahawa mereka tidak boleh mencetak semula dan berkata saya sepatutnya meminta resit setelah meninggalkan hotel.Saya sedar bahawa resit perlu diminta apabila meninggalkan tetapi saya terlupa. Saya tidak faham mengapa ia tidak boleh dicetak semula. Masalah yang saya tidak puas hati ialah dia tidak kembali kepada saya memaklumkan saya tetapi hanya memaklumkan saya apabila saya bertanya kepadanya. Dan apabila saya bertanya lagi jika tidak ada cara lain untuk mendapatkan salinan resit tetapi dia tidak pernah membalas. Itu benar-benar satu perkhidmatan yang sangat buruk dan tidak sopan dalam menjawabnya. Tidak profesional sama sekali!

Terletak di seberang pasar Filipina, kawasan tepi pantai dan bulatan yang kebanyakan kereta perlu melepasi masa lalu.Bilik yang selesa, bersih dan luas dengan tab mandi.Kualiti makanan dan pelbagai yang hebat.Bar ditutup awal (sebelum 12 tengah malam) walaupun terdapat pilihan tempat makan di bilik.

Mempunyai percutian hujung minggu yang singkat di Le Meridian. Biliknya luas dan mencukupi. Bilik mandi mempunyai tab mandi di salah satu hujung bilik dan kabin pancuran berdiri di seberang bilik. Mandi tidak begitu bersih. Kakitangan umumnya sopan dan suka menolong.Kolam renang dan sauna kosong pada awal pagi Ahad, kecuali seorang atau dua orang tetamu untuk anda berendam.Kami kagum dengan sarapan bufet. Terdapat pilihan masakan Asia dan Barat. Salad, bijirin buah, dan pastri juga disediakan. Itu sedap!

Bilik yang kami menginap sangat bagus. Bilik kami menghadap ke laut dan jadi kami mempunyai pemandangan matahari terbenam yang indah.Kolam ini juga hebat dan sangat mesra kanak-kanak. Edrees, anak bongsu autistik saya telah berenang di satu hujung kolam ke hujung yang lain.Sarapan pagi okey. Saya tidak dapat mengatakan banyak kerana itu hanya menu sarapan hotel biasa anda dengan makanan tempatan dan hidangan barat yang disajikan. Makanannya enak tetapi tidak ada yang perlu dijerit.

Im happy with my previous stays, but not for todays stay.1. When I called in hotel to check the room availability, I was informed that my company corporate rate has been closed and reservation was done via phone. However, no email sent to me for this reservation. I was not aware of the actual room rate. And I would expect a good stay experience I had during my previous stays.2. During check-in, I was informed for the much higher room rate compare to my company corporate rate. I tried several times to request for corporate rate or the room rate that close to my company corporate rate, but they refused to consider it. They not offerred alternatives or helps even I told them that I may need to move to other hotels (at this late hours) for a rate within my company corporate rate - they are not appreciating their guest even I am the Platinum member.3. It is too late for me to change hotel at 130am during check-in, thus I requested to put a note for the company corporate rate is not available, thus normal rate is applied in my official receipt, or email, etc. for me to inform my finance department on this situation, but they refused to do it... and not even offer the help to check with their higher management.4. Furthermore, the manager just informed the reception to reject my request, and not even willing to come to meet the customer for further explanations/helps. He only came it upon my request.In short, very poor customer services provided by the duty manager compare to the good service quality I had received during my previous stays.

Kakitangan yang indah, sangat ramah dan penuh perhatian terhadap permintaan dan masalah kami. Bufet sarapan pagi adalah besar dan pelbagai. Banyak pilihan. Bilik-bilik yang kami ada luas dan bersih. Pemandangan matahari terbenam dari bilik kami dan lounge di tingkat 12. Kemudahan okay, tidak ada yang mengagumkan. Kami akan tinggal di sini lagi.

The location is convenient and the room is spacious, but I didnt feel this hotel is 5 star-hotel, especially when we had to have breakfast as early as possible, they didnt open from 6:30am even around 6:40am, some sections were not working yet... We just grabbed some fruits and breads. Moreover, the room window is dirty and staff didnt tell us how to connect WiFi. We had to find the way to connect it by ourselves. I expected a lot because its 5 star-hotel and famous hotel group. However, its just so-so at all. I would choose another hotel if I will visit Kota Kinabal again.

The hotel location is good, by the beach, and close to everywhere. The lounge is under renovation, which is pity, but everything else is good. The staff is very good, they are all nice and eager to help. Worth mention is Rodney，who is so helpful and kind. Also Rocky at Concierge desk.We got upgraded to the suite due to my Platinum status, but I can see it is not only me, but everybody is very well treated and quite happy.I can imagine when the lounge is done, it shall be even better and I am looking forward to that.

Sarapan sangat bagus. Burger buatan sendiri dan pizza begitu baik di kolam renang. Bilik itu berada dalam keadaan baik dan harga adalah 1x 10,000 won, jadi ia baik. Saya keluar pada tengah hari kerana lawatan itu, tetapi jika tidak untuk lawatan, saya akan keluar di kolam renang sehingga petang. Saya selesa. Tetapi tetingkap bilik itu begitu kotor. Kenapa tidak bersih hotel? Saya terkejut dengan gambar yang dilampirkan. Segala-galanya baik. Lokasi yang hebat. Matahari terbenam hanya di seberang dermaga, di mana anda boleh membeli mangga dan berjalan 5 minit ke kk mart. Disyorkan.
