Only stay here if you have to. I had a Standard Double Room for two nights. Location is close to town center. Budget friendly.. I had to pay more than it was shown on booking .com and they explained that VAT needs to be added which is 6%. I think this should be shown. I got room 309 which looks totally different from what I expected from the pictures on booking. I have taken some pictures to show: The mattress was only half the thickness, saggy hand hard. I had an old, worn-out wool blanket full of hair of another person. I asked for a blanket with cover as shown on pictures but they said they don't have. But I have seen them in other rooms that they do have them and I feel this was very offending. I should have had in my room toiletries and slippers but did not. I requested them but it was not done. The room was not cleaned during my stay. I only had one towel, a second for the feet would be nice as the shower is the bathroom itself and the floor gets wet. A TV was there but did not work as the plug for the antenna was broken. WIFI exists but is extremely weak and cuts the connection every other minute. Room 309 faces the street which is very noisy. I am used to road facing windows but here it feels as if cars go through the room. Also nearby is an event location/ restaurant where they start to play music and sing at about 9 or 10pm onwards. You can hear every song as if the radio is playing. The street from where you enter the hotel is a back street from the main road full of rubbish bins which you have to pass to get to the hotel. It smells. Only stay here if you have to.

We asked for towels and got only one?? as the staff told us that the towels need to be wash in laundry..then,the next day the towels have been changed to a new one but still only got one??.. there was two small holes on it??..there were no toothbrush provided here which is quite dissapointed.. during the late night, the area were so noisy with motorcycles sounds racing in the street, it disturbed our sleep??..the wifi is no strong and I hardly connected to internet??...but I got the cheapest price for two nights in this hotel??..
