. The location is good. Interesting neighbourhood with plenty of eating choices.. Rooms are really rough around the edges. The bathroom was really dodgy. Low water pressure, its and pieces of old plumbing hanging down. Stains and mould. Yuck. But this is the nature of OYO hotels it seems.nThey advertise huge markdowns on rack rates on Booking.com. But the rack rates are prices they would NEVER get for the basic and scrappy rooms they are known for. OK for a budget stay for a night. Otherwise, spend another $10 and get a decent room.

Nn. Location is great! Walking distance to Jesselton point, eateries, banks and groceries. Beds are comfy.n. The entrance and lobby smells cigarette,probably freshening it would be great. During our stay there was a sudden water interruption and we weren't able to wash up!(good thing we took a bath the night before??). Have a plan B for this one.

Badly maintained. Stuffy smelling carpet. Thin wall; can hear next room activity and sound. Aircond remote difficult to press to get it on. TV with no basic astro program; just a channel or 2 blurry local tv channel. No tissue. Toilet with 1/2 left over roll. 1 bath towel. No hand towel. Worst of all cigarette smokes smell venting in to my room! Thank God it was an overnight stay with late check in and early check out.

Very nice value for the money. Friendly and helpful staff. The lobby has a large lounge area and a table if you need stronger wifi. Washroom appears to be clean but itd pretty much make you feel uneasy. Shopping, restaurants and night markets are nearby. I was always taken care of. Will be back.

Elevator is small but it’s not a big deal Excellent location with many eateries nearby. Gaya street night market is just around the corner and it’s walking distance to the Filipino Market| Atkinson Tower and Signal Hill. Spacious room for 4 pax and nice lobby setup. :)

The hotel makes a very clean impression. Hotel ***agement take good care of guests. Room size was average for a hotel in the city. We found the rooms to be clean. Definitely the hotel worth the buck. Id thought I give it a try since its relatively new and furthermore its only for a day.

We spent three nights at this hotel as the last leg of our tour. It is walking distance to most of the attractions. I was blown away at how beautiful the room was. I met great ***y friendly people. You get what you pay for here. Would definitely visit the property again.

Ibu bapa saya mempunyai satu malam menginap di hotel ini dan mengalami pengalaman buruk yang pernah berlaku. Mereka tidak mengalami bekalan air dua kali (kali pertama selepas diperiksa dan masa lain pada pagi berikutnya). Hotel ini dianggap agak baru di bandar tetapi terawat dengan teruk. Bilik-bilik dan tandas kelihatan sangat tua dan bau.

The staff are very friendly and so helpful. The room is clean and the housekeeping staff are very effiecient! The view from the room is good since we stayed at level 7. Overall, all are good. Worth the money. Thank you OYO!

Booked for two double bed but they gave me triple bed. Oyo needs to update their room names cuz they said oyo hasnt update for them. But I booked based on pictures in the apps and the largest room they have which is two double bed. I dont know who to blame and one of us had to sleep on the floor. The hotel provided us extra linen n comforters which is nice. But yet still i paid for two double bed room. And one of us slept on the floor. However the receptionist guy was so professional and solved our problems. And please upgrade oyo apps, so I can add extra pax when doing booking. Cuz the apps only have 3 pax as max.

This is hotel lucky 11 near to gaya street and walking distance to KK waterfront. You can get bank and mart nearby. For those that drive you can park your car easily. Room okay for the price. Got lift to the floor.

The staff are extremely friendly and are all too willing to help out. On the whole - the place was very clean. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. The value for what you pay per night is outstanding. The office is in Wisba Sabah just a couple of blocks away.

I stay at a room just behind the lobby, i can clearly hear ppl flushing the toilet, even when they are cleaning room jus beside us i can hear clearly sound of water. If u want peace for sleeping this is a wrong choice. The bed also make sound

We stayed for 2 nights. Perfect location as it is only 10 minutes walk to Suria Sabah, 5 minutes walk to the nearest restaurants and 3 minutes walk to 7 Eleven. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful.

The price should be lowest than promotion due to the sound from the next door room. . Aircond was so cool, very near Tamu market on Sunday. . The noise from next room can hear even they talks normally, until 2 am?

But it is different from the hotel name and sign.Arrival at dawn, the day before the hotel was checked in the next dayThe sanitary condition was bad.I found two or three hairs on my bed that I do not know my nationality.I thought that only the towel was clean, so I put a towel on my pillow, and the bathroom water pressure was ok.I do not have any words to say that I made a reservation for 10,000 won. If my country is also cheap, I can stay at this inn.I made reservations at Hyatt Regency. It was nice to be able to go out in the morning, eat a noodle toast at Yoo-cheong and walk to Hyatt. It was hard to find.I will live alone for a month at a low price. I want to wash because it is dawn departure.Please use this one.For reference, Koreans do not see 1 degree.So if you arrive at dawn, you must exchange at least 100 ringgit at Incheon Airport beforehand.

Would recommend the hotel without any hesitation whatsoever. The staffs are very kind. There are so ***y varieties of foods around. Nice view from the 6th floor. There are ***y restaurants around the hotel. Definitely worth what we paid for. The location is excellent - so easy to go anywhere.

As an expat in Sabah Ive stayed at quite a few places in KK and nothing compares to the Lucky 11 Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring downtown KK. We usually book a King Room and were lucky enough to get a corner apartment which is a little more spacious.
