Senang dapat kembali ke JW Marriott KL. Keramahannya mengagumkan terutamanya pasukan kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Bilik saya telah dinaik taraf dengan bilik bersambung, sarapan tambahan untuk anak-anak saya, wajah mesra setiap kali kami berjalan-jalan dan hanya beberapa untuk menjadikan penginapan kami sempurna.Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal jika anda bercadang untuk bergerak, membeli-belah dan makan di pusat bandar. Pavilion, Lot 10 dan pusat membeli-belah lain hanya dalam jarak berjalan kaki.

Front desk very attentive. Thanks to Sarah because notice my very pregnant belly and attend my request for check in without even I have reach the counter yet. (Btw I am check in via the Bonvoy Apps). Takes less then 10min.Thanks to Vivian Yap, my husband and I were very happy to see the cake and wish card and also the room was already cold when we arrive! 10/10 for the hospitality.Our stay including Dinner & Breakfast at Shook.The dinner I would give:8/10 for the food. (maybe our expectation was higher, but we love the dessert! Nyums!)10/10 for the ambience 10/10 for the waiter that cater us from entrance till clearing the plate. They were so good. The breakfast I would give:10/10 because I love big breakfast. But I think maybe because of the MCO, the buffet menu is limited. Overall? 9/10 Stay Again? Definitely YES!

This is a place where the staff truly enjoys serving their guests and provides an exceptional service. On top of their service, the range of facilities provided are wide. I could just stay in the hotel throughout the day as they have everything. Though it would be hard because they are located opposite a big shopping mall, Pavilion, and other interesting malls too.A truly enjoyable place to stay where convenience is made available to you.

Purchased a package for our anniversary that was recommended by one of the hotel staff when I called the hotel. The package was Arabian Night a night stay with dinner for 2 pax. Well the room was very nice and it was lovely from the hotel they put a small cake and an anniversary card. However, when we went down for dinner at Tarbush restaurant located at UG level. The surprise was there. I totally regret buying this package. The service was very poor from the restaurants staff after they knew we have the dinner package. Not only this, but also the food was a big joke. The portion was extremely small, it looked like a food testing not a dinner. Also the food options were very poor and limt. Hosntly the package wasnt worth it.

- Rooms were dusty, kids end up sneezing- Nice view and high floor given- Bath tub size couldnt fit an adult, meant for kids?- Complementary food for dinner at Shook wasnt tasty and felt rush by waiter between starter to main course (whilst still eating starter, they start plating main course). Breakfast however was tasty, service was good and kid enjoyed free meal.- Coffee machine in the room wasnt cleaned, there were residue from previous use- Thanks for the complimentary cake and birthday greeting- Pool was nice- In room dining menu price wasnt affordable and steep

I had one of the best staycation experience at this hotel. It definitely exceeds my expectations as the hotel is fully refurbished & well maintained. The location at the heart of the city is very convenient as it’s 2 minutes walking distance across the street to Pavilion. The hotel manager & staff are very courteous & friendly. I highly recommend this hotel both for leisure & business.

Glad that I chose this place for staycation. Very good service. Think the hotel is in the midst of refurbishment, hence have a bit of construction feeling to it.In terms of food, the food at Shook! could have been better though. Taste wise is average only. Wished there was more selection but perhaps due to COVID, hence limited selection.

Pilihan yang sangat kurang, hidangan sarapan pagi (jem, mentega kacang) hanya dihidangkan di atas pinggan? croissant yang pada saya adalah menu yang mesti ada untuk bufet sarapan pagi terutamanya hotel 5 bintang tidak dihidangkan pada hari pertama kami.stay for 4 days and everyday hampir menu yang sama cuma menu tukar bihun ke koeteow.. Makan malam kat Shook pun ngeri, nasi kurang masak. Nasib baik kami dapat menukar baucar makan malam untuk hari berikutnya kepada Tarbush. Makanan Tarbush agak sedap.Bilik tidak begitu luas tetapi deco yang cantik, tab mandi tidak seperti saiz biasa, sama dengan saiz tab Jepun. Sungguh tidak hampir dengan jangkaan saya.

Ini adalah hotel 5 bintang untuk orang kaya. Mahal sangat2. Very2 conjested jalan kebanyakan masa. Perkara yang baik adalah hotel ini dekat/dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari kompleks membeli-belah bertaraf dunia untuk menamakan beberapa Pavilion, Sungei Wang, starhill dan banyak lagi. Anda tidak perlu memandu hanya menyeberang jalan anda sudah berada di sana.

Indicator car park direct access to hotel lobby is needed. Make clear of signboard which floor can access to the lift.Soundproof is not good in room, can hear kid shouting and neighbour press the bell. It’s very annoying.Hopefully hotel can offer special discount rate to hotel guest to dine in JOGOYA and other star hill restaurant .

It was to my surprise and disappointed when I check in on 3pm on 9 Oct 2021 as the front desk staff told me that the room that I booked , which come with King size bed, was not ready yet and it would only be ready in 2-3 hour. Indeed they offer me a room with double bed. I refuse and waited until she get a room with King size bed for me.

Saya membeli pakej untuk ulang tahun kami yang disyorkan oleh salah seorang kakitangan hotel apabila saya menghubungi hotel. Pakej itu ialah Arabian Night penginapan malam dengan makan malam untuk 2 orang. Bilik itu sangat bagus dan ia adalah indah dari hotel mereka meletakkan kek kecil dan kad ulang tahun. Namun, ketika kami turun makan malam di restoran Tarbush yang terletak di aras UG. Kejutan itu ada. Saya benar-benar menyesal membeli pakej ini. Perkhidmatan ini sangat teruk daripada kakitangan restoran selepas mereka tahu kami mempunyai pakej makan malam. Bukan ini sahaja, malah makanan itu juga merupakan jenaka besar. Bahagiannya sangat kecil, ia kelihatan seperti ujian makanan bukan makan malam. Juga pilihan makanan adalah sangat miskin dan terhad. Hosntly pakej itu tidak berbaloi.

Kembali selepas berbulan-bulan tetapi benar-benar kecewa dengan kebersihan tempat penginapan. Memasuki bilik dan apabila memeriksa tandas, seseorang dapat melihat sedikit acuan tumbuh pada mangkuk tandas, dan dengan noda di dinding.Difahamkan bahawa kami adalah kumpulan pertama tetamu selepas membuka semula bilik mesti ditinggalkan tanpa penghuni selepas tempoh yang lama.Lipas ditemui pada bingkai sofa. Dilaporkan kepada mereka, pengurus bertugas datang tetapi menunggu hampir 60 minit untuk membersihkan lipas, dengan beberapa panggilan dan peringatan dibuat dalam proses.Pemulihan perkhidmatan hanya dilakukan semasa daftar keluar. Mungkin bagi pihak pengurusan bukanlah masalah besar untuk mempunyai lipas di hotel 5 bintang. Kekurangan sebenar rasa mendesak.Sarapan pagi adalah TIDAK, memesan Macchiato tetapi menghidangkan saya latte. Lempeng? Tidak. Hanya Ayam Rendang, tiada pilihan daging lain. Senarai makanan yang sangat ringkas untuk sarapan pagi: Meehoon, buah-buahan, yogurt kosong, nasi lemak , jus dan mi sup.**Restoran Shanghai sangat baik, dari permulaan hingga padang pasir.

We decided to treat ourselves for our anniversary with the Marriott group and it was the best decision of our lives.We were treated well and courteously.From the check in to our rooms,we were treated pleasantly while staff ensured that everyone followed and enforced the SOPs required.The room was well maintained and comfortable without too much noise from the busy streets below.We would recommend a stay!

Cannot comment much on the hotel since marriot is under reno and we only know when we were about to check in, our booking was shifted to ritz carlton. the guard at the marriot helped us to bring the luggage to ritz. We got upgraded to executive deluxe room. Breakfast selection is wide with scrumptious food. Although there are quite full of people but the queue is very short since you just need to provide table number and food will be served at the table.It will be better if the pool is heated though.The rest are amazing.

It was excellent.Love all the seats and space available around the hotel for discussions and meetings. Will remember that.Staffs took care of me and my needs. Felt safe and taken care of. Had my sahur brought to my room and warm milk for my coffee and most appreciated the kind treatment received through your staffs.The only small hiccup was that the pool was not ready for use at 9am and I had to complaint a little so that I can use it immediately as I was pressed for time for the short exercise.And the Tarbush Restaurant deal package was a dreadful experience. Luckily it was a one time only. I had communicated to the front desk manager of my dreadful experience dining there and I hope others would not resort to choosing that deal as:1. it was too far from The Ritz 2. service was bad- cold staffs, not welcoming, curt remarks3. it is actually a seated menu/fixed menu and no choices given- and worst, this was not mentioned either at the booking page or anytime from your checked in point.4. the dinner menu exclude drinks or any sort - plain water included and the staff emphasised this many time once you are seated. I never would have thought to bring any money if I am dining in the hotel itself. because I know I can always forward the bill to my room.. but beware that this is not entertained here.I wish that I was staying longer because of the hotel but I am happy that I did not for the dinner experience.

Overall, room is rather nice at the Ritz. comfy bed. clean room. no view. breakfast came with our stay but recommend you skip it and go to Pavilion nearby for some good coffee and hot pastries or other brekkies. we went on first day and wished we did not. poor service and cold food with no real bread sélection. set dinner at Shook! was dissapointing, rice and curries. but the service was stellar. Dinner at the Library was fantastique! service really good too. did a massage and scrub, Spa was really good but would skip on hindsight due to terrible loud piling from construction next door. felt more stressed in the end.

Booked the package including dinner and breakfast. MCO 3.0 was announced days before our check in, the reservation team was quick to call me to let me know my options, which I didnt wish to cancel coz I really needed a break to change environment from work from home. I was informed that all meals would be dine-in, which works perfect for me so I proceed with the stay. The staffs made sure the stay was comfortable although facilities were closed due to MCO. Was an enjoyable great stay!

It took me few days of thoughts before sending the feedback. JW Marriott was renovating and upgrade all guests to Ritz Carlton.It supposed to be a wonderful stay with such an upgrade. However, what turns me down was:1. I requested to change the coffee machine, 3 times. I noticed one capture was punctured with a hole causing coffee ground in the cup, which mean I was probably drinking a used capture or the previous guest has accidentally punctured it and the cleaning service did not notice it.2. phone is not fully sanitized, oily on the speaker part.3. Reading table chair handle comes with cracked leather causing uncomfortable during zoom meeting. 4. Room Entrance Door stopper was broken.5. Weighting Scale battery run flat, request for an exchange.6. Full of dust on bed site table lambs, standing lamb.I request a feedback form but there was none in the room. The duty manager came to me and listen to all feedback and provide me with late checkout at 3 pm. All butlers came into the room with shoe off. The duty manager asked if he can come into the room. Of course, he can, every butler asks the same questions. However, the duty manager walks in without shoe off. I wasnt sure what SOP JW Marriott / Ritz Carlton was following. I decided to check out at 1 pm since there seems no reason for me to stay for extra hours in the room. We used a certificate to make payment and the Duty Manager offer no extra charges on the service charges etc.In my humble opinion, I do not mind paying the service charge. I paid RM450 for a night stay, but I was actually paying JW Marriott to do a mystery stay. Almost every hour in the room except bedtime, I made a call to the butler service to make a complaint. I was not having a wonderful stay at all. With such services, it does not seem right to free guest with a service charge, but the guest has to pay for a night stay.

The worse part ever in my life staying in hotel staff said “bro” to the guest, not trained or just dont have any respect to the guest. The breakfast was sent the the room no quality, taste & very small portion for 5-star hotel i very disappointed on the food taste especially.Thanks to the management upgrade mu stay to the Ritz Carlton because JW Marriot still in facelift phase.Please make sure all staff address the guest with respect.

I was upgraded to Ritz Carlton which I enjoyed the spacious room and ambience of the hotel. The lobby staff are attentive and very helpful. However, the breakfast spread are limited and the check in process took longer than I expected. Overall, Im happy staying here and will come for another visit.

Jw Marriot was closed and hence “upgraded” to Ritz Carlton but wasn’t a pleasant stay. Called the reception regarding parking rates and it seems like it’s a trainee who gave false information stating that it’s RM12 per entry instead of per stay. Arrived at 3.50pm to check in but it was crowded. A male staff assisted with checkin just asked me to sign a form and requested for my credit card and I thought it was for verification purpose only since my booking was prepaid but only to be charged RM500 and I ask what was it for only he mention it was for room deposit and incidentals. I preauthorised the payment only to be informed that the room wasn’t ready and it may take up to an hour. In my opinion, it’s rather unacceptable to be charged without a room ready. There wasn’t a lounge to wait as it was crowded, we went to a mall to wait but after an hour around 5pm still no calls given. We were tired and just went back to the hotel to check the room status, it seems that the checkin wasn’t processed at all? Another staff assisted and finally provided us the room key and mention that they will send the luggage to our room. We waited for 20-30 mins for the luggage because we need to freshen up but it seems like they have trouble locating our bag. After a few calls, the bag was sent to us. On the day of check out, we made payment accordingly only to realize that we have been given a wrong receipt under another guest’s name after we left. To be honest, it doesn’t feel like a Ritz stay at all or rather even a Marriot Group service standard. Chaotic yet unorganised stay, please train your staffs to be able to work under pressure, lots of improvement to be done.

Poor experience during pre check-in, attempts made to speak to front desk were surprisingly rejected/declined when I called the hotel. Was told to email instead.No pre-check in reach out to prepare welcome, etc.Average experience during check-in with limited recognition provided for Bonvoy membershipService post check-in was excellent, housekeeping was great and on time especially the turn down service !Had room service with a limited menu due to most restaurants were closed. Food quality was OK but not matching the price for it, could be improved.Shoutout to Bellboy Hafiz for his great service on helping us out on the first day !

Me and my family had a great staycation during the weekend and luckily it wasnt as pack as expected. Thanks for the upgrade we appreciate it a lot. We book a room with access to the lounge but kids below 12 are not allowed, alternatively they packed some food for us to bring back to our room instead. Breakfast was ok. We booked the package together with dinner at shook, however the restaurant was closed that day but we get to claim until Dec this year (fair enough). Overall it was a nice staycation for us. Will definitely come back!

Overall, it was a great experience. You can say excellent but I am sure there will be a lot to be upgraded to a better excellent service. My daughter didnt quite enjoh the breakfast but then again, taste are all individual. The noise at 2.30 to 3.00 am was unpleasant but the personnel of front office and security solve it quickly. Thank you. Front Office Manager was great too. Didnt know who he was in the beginning but very attentive. Overall - we are happy and enjoyed our stay. My youngest daughter was bored because her sister didnt join her buy she loves JWMKL.....

Me and family decided to go for a staycation with my two year old daughter. Originally we booked the JW Marriott online, however, was told we will be transferred to next door Ritz Carlton because JW Mariott is clased for renovation. Ritz Carlton KL, as an overall is OK, but I dont think it will be suitable for a family staycation. First, there is no kid pool. So kids have to join the adult pool. Secondly, the lift to the hotel tower is not connected by the lift at the lobby (because of different tower). Therefore we have to cross restaurants and high traffic areas (which I tried to avoid during this COVID time). The other comments is on cleanliness. On the floor which I stayed, I noticed that used tissue paper was lying on the floor at the lift lobby from night till next day. No one pick it up. Me and my family were particularly paranoid about this as this used tissues were possibly contaminated and can cause virus to spread (especially during this COVID). I hope house keeping can do more frequent walkabout to pick up these potential contaminants.

Hotel mewah bertaraf 5 bintang yang terletak betul-betul di seberang Pavilion di Bukit Bintang City. Ini adalah hotel kegemaran saya dan yang lain di lokasi. Sarapan pagi yang indah. Reka bentuk dalaman yang bagus dan berkelas. Bahan bilik berkualiti tinggi dan sudut kecergasan terbaik yang pernah saya lihat. I checked in on ritz carlton on 12/03/2021 10pm, and having the other meeting early in the morning around 7 am and my meeting end around 12 something upon retrun to the hotel around 12pm and i called to my wife to ask for extension of check out but your hotel reject my request.Furthermore, around 12pm since im rushing for time i ask for your vallet service but fail as well, and i found out there is reserved parking right in front of the hotel i ask for permission to park for around 15 mins so i can quickly pack my luggage and come down, but ur staff reject me and ask me park at the basement but at that moment i found out that there is a luxury car parking there though my car not expensive as he/she but my car is not allow to park for just 15 mins.Im staying in 5 star hotel paying with 5 star pricing but service worst than 3 star hotel.

The plus point is that you get to be upgraded to a more spacious room at the Ritz. The downside is that you can’t help to feel there is some communication breakdown between the Ritz and Marriott and its restaurant Shook.Service during breakfast must also be improved. It felt like the waiters are new and unsure of what they are doing.

It was such a great and wonderful experience to travel with a toddler and a baby. Staff are very friendly. Room is spacious and love the all white marble bathroom. Hope to experience a new JW Marriott soon.

Amenities were certainly not up to standard. My bath salts and slippers were missing and I had to call and request for them. It was pretty annoying and disrupted my stay. Found stray hair in my bath tub, reflects on the poor maintenance and hygiene practice. However this only occurred to one of the rooms I booked, room 1004. Room 1005 was okay, and lucky enough for me that I got the defected room because room 1005 was a gift. I also added in the remarks that I was there for a birthday celebration and no cake or decor was set up, although I didn’t go in with the expectation,other 5 star hotels never failed to deliver this. Overall it was not a great stay, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Got the staycation at a deal price and enjoyed it alot to kickstart the year. The bed is so soft and the bath tub moment is been something i looking forward to. My very first luxury hotel staycation and it doesnt disappoint!

Pleasant stay: friendly and attentive staff, simple glamorous room deco, small but deep Japanese style bathtub, all these sum up my short getaway trip. Only fallback: lack of selection and delicacy breakfast(probably due to the pandemic). Location is really strategic as it is located at the Malaysia luxury spot with MRT and monorail within walking distance. will definitely come back!

The hotel is temporarily closed, but this was not communicated until our arrival even though I had called right before going to the hotel. We drove to the main entrance of the hotel only to be redirected to another hotel. This could have been communicated beforehand. The requests I made upon booking using the Bonvoy app was nowhere to be found on their records, and this is after I had called the hotel again to confirm the same requests like getting a crib, having the room at a quieter location.

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at the hotel! Location was perfect with a good number of malls, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Our suite was gorgeous!! Huge room with a lovely high ceiling! The bathroom was very tastefully designed as well! Loved it!What impressed us most was the service level of all the staff we met! Right from the point of checking in, to everyone we met along the way, every staff wore a big smile that made us feel very welcomed! We want to especially thank Vimal and Velu, the managers at the lounge, for taking great care of us while we were there! Great conversations, and we noticed the great lengths they went to, to ensure that the wife and I had a terrific time! They, and the rest of the staff at the hotel, are a huge credit to the JW Marriott brand! Thank you for the perfect stay, and we will hope to be back soon!

Penginapan yang hebat. Bagaimanapun, daftar masuk mengambil masa yang lama. Saya faham ada banyak orang yang menunggu untuk mendaftar masuk tetapi prosesnya terlalu perlahan. Semoga pihak pengurusan dapat membuat semakan mengenai perkara ini, melihat bagaimana mereka dapat meningkatkan proses daftar masuk dan daftar keluar ... masa yang lebih pendek.
