Stay Pada Oct 20191. Mula2 hotel ni bagi saya bilik 117, bilik agak berbau, ada dua tuala berwarna dark coklat diberi, tapi salah satu berbau susu formula budak, maksudnya kami diberi tuala yang tidak bersih. Kami minta tukar bilik， dapat bilik 319.2. Bilik 319, ada dua tuala dalam bilik tu.. lepas check rupa2nya kedua2 tuala tu kain lap kaki.. lepas minta dengan receptionist baru dapat 2 tuala lap badan. Takkan tak check dulu sebelum bagi Kat customer.3. Stay 3 hari dua malam, lift ada tapi tidak berfungsi.4. Hari2 guna tangga, tangga kotor n agak gelap. kalau datang bersama family yg ada orang tua n anak2 memang susah la..5. Wifi tingkat 3 tiada connection, tanya receptionist , ada ke patut jawab dengan takde standard langsung suruh guna data. Malam kedua, kami tanya receptionist yang lain, yang ini bagi jawapan yang ada guna otak sedikit , suruh connect dengan wifi tingkat 2.6. Receptionist lelaki yang berbadan agak gempal and rambut pendek, menipu pelanggan dengan cara nak rating sendiri rating hotel. (terdengar semasa berehat di depan kaunter reception sebelum naik tangga ke hotel)

Menyesal booking hotel oyo 88 ni.Bilik double deluxe, cuma cawan&sabun disediakan. 2 paket coffee pun kedekut tiada. Jika mahu air kena turun ambil dibawah kat kaunter. Bilik safety lock kurang memuaskan. Caj extra rm2 utk parking ok la. Cakap free wifi tapi tiada password dilekat dlm bilik. Lif pun xboleh digunakan, terpaksa naik tangga level 2. Harap perbaiki lagi servis utk kepuasan pelanggan. When customer is happy very sure they will check in again

Bilik berbau hapak. anak tdor kat bantal melekat bau kat rambut dia bau kepam bantal. lif tak berfungsi. patut padam kan gmbar lif tu supaya warga emas yang kurang kemampuan pergerakan boleh pilih hotel lain UTK kemudahan naik ke bilik hotel dalam b.air ade pad dlm tong sampah.

Sgt selesa.. Keselamatan sgt ketat, pintu² di lobi sentiasa berkunci.. Ada iron di luar bilik, so xpayah bawa lagi...Ruang parking yg cukup selamat, water dispenser di lobby...

Hotel selesa standard hotel bajet. Masa checkin lif rosak, kena naik tangga. Ikut harga ok laa

Tinggal pada bulan November 2019, hotel yang sangat keji untuk melarikan diri!Pencerobohan semut di dalam bilik, kami kemudian meminta bilik lain, pengurus rumah tangga itu hanya menyemburkan produk beracun di dalam bilik yang menghalang kami bernafas dengan betul.Perkhidmatan dan penerimaan untuk melarikan diri !!!!Pada waktu malam kami kembali, lelaki di penerimaan tidak menyokong bahawa kami mengkritik bilik dan mula berteriak, kerana takut kami terpaksa melarikan diri dari hotel pada tengah malam dan berlindung di hotel yang lebih jauh, di tengah malam .Keesokan harinya kami kembali untuk memberikan kunci kepada orang yang menjaga hotel pada siang hari, penerimaan sejuk, tanpa alasan, dan penolakan pencerobohan serangga.

Cleanliness is not good, but acceptable to sleep. Linen & towel was dirty. I dont know how they washed them. Smell of cigarettes along the staircase. Need to improve more, and at parking space too. Customer service is not very good too. The receptionist was either extremely sleepy or high. We asked for iron at night, still didnt get it the morning after. Still didnt get it on 2nd request. Better bring your own iron for next stay. Nevertheless, wifi connection was fast & good.

I didnt expect so much. I truly understood this is budget hotel. But, please make sure you clean your toilet bowl every time your guest check out. And please please change the bed sheet. I brought my 4 months old baby. Luckily we bring extra blanket for him to cover the bed sheet.

There are few issues regarding to my stay.. 1) Room was not ready when we are reached there.. 2) The linen dirty and got dried blood on it.. 3) The housekeeping ask my friend to help him in putting the bed linen. And i am confuse is my friend working there? lol first time experience ever.. 4) There are undried water in toilet. seems they not clean up the toilet.. 5) The location of the hotel is not strategic. There is no nearby restaurant to buy food. And most of the grab driver didnt know the place.. 6) However the receptionist very friendly and informative.. 7) Room just ok la but need some improvement. Check everything before u stay. Happy stay all!

Tidak disyorkanIni adalah hotel yang paling buruk yang pernah saya tinggal di OYO.Sikap perkhidmatan(1) Ia benar-benar buruk!Daftar masuk pada pukul 2 petang pada hari itu, meja depan memberitahu bilik bahawa tidak ada masa penamat dan akan mengambil masa 15 minit.Selepas 15 minit, meja penyambut tetamu penuh kakitangan.Selepas 35 minit lagi, kakitangan meja depan lain akan melakukan pendaftaran kedua.Jumlah pengiraan, saya menunggu lebih dari 1 jam(Hari itu tidak ada, lobi hotel melihat sebilangan besar tetamu).Kemudahan hotel(2) lifTidak boleh digunakan semasa penyelenggaraan.(3) RangkaianSangat miskin, tiada isyarat sepenuhnya diterima di dalam bilik.Kemudahan bilik(4) Tiada cerek di dalam bilik.(5) Terdapat hanya 3 kedai kuasa di seluruh bilik.(6) Lampu kecil tidak menyala di kedua-dua belah katil.

Old chinese lady yelled at us during check out while we were playing songs (not damaging) the piano at lobby. VERY RUDE. we enjoyed playing the piano since the day we checked in. receptionist were shocked as well. i dont know who she is but she was working with the hotel.

Tandas tersumbat, angkat tidak berfungsi tetapi bernasib baik bilik itu berada di atas lantai, tuala jenis microfiber super tipis yang tidak menyerap.Bilik asas untuk harga. Bangunan sendiri dengan banyak tempat letak kereta di belakang dan pusat bandar berhampiran.

Room was big Staff were rude, one staff member tried forcing his way into our room after 10pm without knocking, nearly walking in on us naked. Then when I asked what hes doing he was quite rude to me. The elevator is still not working with what looks like no attempt to fix it. The bedding was very dirty with what appears to be sweat stains and brown marks.

Saya suka bahawa lobi mempunyai air dispenser air dan tempat letak kereta disediakan. Selain itu, katil-katil yang dibersihkan dengan noda, tuala perang yang disediakan sangat tipis dan bernasib baik, anda lebih baik menggunakan tuala sebagai kain buruk daripada memberikannya kepada tetamu anda. Apabila kami meminta satu set tuala baru penerimaan tetamu itu tidak dapat membantu. Tandas terlalu kotor dan tidak kelihatan seperti ia dibersihkan, mangkuk tandas tersumbat dan tidak boleh disiram dengan betul. Ada hotel yang lebih baik pada harga ini sekitar melaka. Lift out of order, have to used stairs. Not muslim friendly as no qiblat direction, when ask the casual workers they said don’t know and have to pray at the mosque. Linen not change that already used by the previous guest. Go to the reception and request for linen change, they said in Melaka have many hotels to check-in. Bathroom all wet and not clean well after previous guest check out. Shower bidet burst, bathroom floor moldy, drainage full of hairs. Wc have stains and need to do something! The towels provided are not towels. It is too small and thin like bath mat. Along the corridor have cigarettes buds and a few of mineral bottles that is not been cleared. Will not recommend to others. Thank you

Floor was wet and slippery. Was denied checked in due to over booking and room is not ready. Was told 1 room is ready at 3rd floor but when i go check, it was not even ready. Had to wait for another room to be ready in 20minutes. the stairways was dark please fix the lamp its dangerous. The bathroom need a fix with all the slimy and soap stains.

Lift was not in service so my poor old mother had to climb the stairs to the room on 2nd floor (211). While in my room (209), I found that the toilets floor was wet everywhere, like just being used before we entered the room. And one towel was unfolded on the rack. Looked like the room was in used or just cleaned up before we checked in.

Kakitangan tidak sopan, seorang ahli kakitangan cuba memaksa perjalanan ke dalam bilik selepas 10 malam tanpa mengetuk, hampir berjalan di atas kita telanjang. Apabila saya bertanya apa yang dia lakukan, dia tidak sopan dan cuba menahan saya. Tempat tidur ditutup dengan kotoran dan kotoran. Lif masih dipecahkan tanpa cubaan dibuat pada penetapannya.

Towel different colour 1white 1 dark brown we are order by booking 38$ went enter counter charrge 45$ with deposit. they said have to difrent price becouse booking charging something don know. waste my time and I have to get rest.

Keseluruhan hotel bajet yang bagus untuk tinggal selama jangka pendek. Dekat dengan bandar dan terkenal Klebang Coconut Shake. Wifi cepat disediakan untuk semua tingkat. Ammeniti semua di lantai G dan kini tiada lif dan perlu menggunakan tangga.

Bilik-bilik okay di bawah RM100. Tetapi jika perjalanan anda dengan orang tua, lif tidak berfungsi, jadi ia tidak akan menjadi tenang. Hotel ini bertentangan dengan Persatuan Badminton Melaka dan berhampiran restoran Mee Bodoh.Anda boleh menikmati harga yang lebih murah yang ditempah dengan aplikasi OYO.

Lokasi sgt dekt jonker n kota laksmana. So klu korg eco friendly or malas nk drve.. Jln kaki pon blh 7 ke 10 mnt je ke tmpt ak ckp ni.. Senang x yah pk jammed or parking.

Sheets are stained and soiled. Toilet in non-smoking room has cigarette ashes and burn marks. Ants walking in and out from toilet bowl. Broken patch on wall. Broken security latch on door not repaired. Stained and soiled towels.

Real budget Hotel, Alot to improve, bathroom got no exhaust fan, very smelly and mold at the wall and basin. Seem no cleaning at all. Will not stay again.
