The hotel is at a great location. The value for what you pay per night is outstanding. Great staff communication here. Out room was on the 4th floor, which was a bit of a hike up the staircase with no offer of help. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement.

Orang-orang yang kotor, tua, bertanggungjawab tidak cenderung kepada apa-apa !!Mereka tidak mempunyai lif dan tangga sukar. Tidak ada bantuan untuk menaiki beg pakaian tiga tingkat

I came across this little gem recommended on a forum. The location was good. We were given a room with street view which had a locked connecting door through to the next room, I guess for families. We payed 75 myr, so thats was a good price for what we got.

Do your research before you decide the mini-buses are a good idea. Staff helpful in general. My suggestion would be to spend no more than a day in Sandakan and use it only as a hub to visit the amazing surrounding attractions such as the coral reefs and the Kinabatangan river.
